Our Founder

Shirley Lim is an accomplished Software Developer, Data Scientist and Data Advocate with a deep commitment to ethical data practices, privacy compliance, and cutting-edge data governance. Her diverse background spans both law and technology, making her uniquely equipped to guide organizations in data integrity and compliance.

Shirley holds a Law degree with Honours from the University of London, where she completed her barrister qualifications, covering essential law modules including EU law. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in IT from the University of Newcastle, Australia, achieving higher distinctions in areas such as project management, process design, object-oriented programming (Java), globalization, and professional ethics in IT.

Additionally, Shirley holds a Post-Graduate Specialist Certificate in Data Science from Caltech CTME and has completed multiple professional certifications in data science, Python programming, and cloud solutions architecture through renowned organizations like Amazon AWS, Microsoft, and IBM. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Data Science, continually advancing her expertise to stay at the forefront of data science innovation.
